We Do Not Accept Returns and we only provide exchanges.
For Clearance Products/Products on Sale, Size exchanges will not be entertained.
Please take a closer look at our Size Chart as measurements of our garments are extremely accurate and these are garment measurements.
An exchange can be made only once and not multiple times.
For a Size Exchange, the customer needs to notify us within 7 days of receiving the product, and notifying us beyond this period will disqualify the order for the exchange. We will provide reverse pick up of the product and will charge the customer Rs. 200 for pick and re-delivery across India.
If the item sent for exchange is not available we will provide choices for alternatives.
In the case of a running offer, it is the client’s responsibility to exercise their activity according to the offer guidelines
In case of any defects in the product/ products, we will require the customer to convey the issue clearly with sufficient evidence within 48 hrs of receiving the product and to return the product via courier, and such charges will be borne by the customer (one-way). Once we receive the product we will initiate an exchange only after making sure that it is a genuine product defect.
